A credit card on file is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment via our intake form.

Your card is securely stored with our booking system and helps us keep the booking process efficient and make check-in and front desk flow as easy as possible for everyone.

Please note: Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, it is only billed for services rendered, copays, outstanding balances, cancellation/no show fees, etc.


Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations and changes.

Our clinic has waitlists of patients NEW and CURRENT patients who are waiting to get in for appointments. Providing at least 24 hours’ notice gives us enough time to contact patients on our waitlist and offer them the appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling with **less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee, as well as no shows (as per intake form).

We appreciate your understanding and consideration of other patients who are waiting for an appointment.

Kim is a Fascial Stretch Therapy practitioner with a strong background in fitness and a genuine passion for supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people move more comfortably, feel more at ease in their bodies, and build confidence in how they move day to day.

Kim’s approach is hands-on, collaborative, and always client-centred. She works with the body’s fascia using gentle, assisted stretching techniques to improve mobility, reduce tension, and support recovery. Her practice complements rehabilitation and performance care, ensuring each session aligns with the client’s goals and current stage of healing.

Kim is deeply passionate about learning and continuously developing as a stretch therapist. She regularly seeks out new education and experiences to refine her skills, expand her understanding of movement, and provide the best possible care for her clients. With a foundation in fitness and a strong appreciation for the connection between physical movement and mental wellbeing, Kim aims to create sessions that feel supportive, empowering, and effective.

Outside of the clinic, Kim is a mom of 2 energetic boys and a fire wife. Hiking with her family, going to the gym and reading are her favourite things to do!

Julie is the proud owner of Fundamentals Physiotherapy, a multidisciplinary clinic she founded in 2019 with a vision to provide exceptional care while fostering meaningful relationships with patients. What sets Julie apart is her unique perspective as both a practitioner and a patient. Her personal rehabilitation journey has included recovering from a fractured tibia, a rotator cuff tear, SI joint instability, and pelvic health challenges. These experiences have shaped her into a compassionate and empathetic physiotherapist who truly understands the resilience needed for recovery.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick in 2004, Julie completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy at Western University in 2007. Over her 18-year career, she has become a highly regarded physiotherapist in the Durham Region, working in private practice and at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. She has also provided sport physiotherapy services for local teams like the Oshawa Vikings Rugby Club and Durham Attack Volleyball Club, demonstrating her commitment to helping athletes achieve their best.

Julie’s expertise spans orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and pelvic health, with a focus on manual therapy, functional movement, education, and personalized exercise programs. She has pursued extensive post-graduate training in areas like acupuncture, McKenzie techniques, vestibular rehab, concussions, TMJ, and more, continuously expanding her skills to better serve her patients.

A former university athlete, Julie maintains an active lifestyle and is deeply engaged in her community. She has participated in initiatives like 100 Women Who Care Oshawa and fundraising events such as the Ride to Conquer Cancer and the Run for the Cure. Having recently faced a breast cancer diagnosis, Julie is passionate about inspiring others to persevere through life’s challenges. She is committed to supporting cancer research and using her journey to offer hope, strength, and care to those around her.
