Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations and changes.
Our clinic has waitlists of patients NEW and CURRENT patients who are waiting to get in for appointments. Providing at least 24 hours’ notice gives us enough time to contact patients on our waitlist and offer them the appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with **less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee, as well as no shows (as per intake form).
We appreciate your understanding and consideration of other patients who are waiting for an appointment.

Olga Aguilar
Olga graduated in 1993 from the University of the East Philippines with Bachelor of Science Degree. She has worked in private practice over the last decade, due to her love and keen interest in orthopedic conditions and sports rehabilitation.
She has experience in treating a variety of conditions including neck pain, shoulder dysfunctions, tendonitis, low back pain, arthritis, pre-and post surgical and sport specific injuries.
She continues to attend seminars and courses for further enhancement within the orthopedic field. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Her additional education includes the McKenzie A & B, Mulligan Techniques, Acupuncture through AFCI, and the well known APTEI’s courses conducted by Bahram Jam APTEI’s courses on the Shoulder and SI Joint.
Olga is a world traveller and enjoys seeking out new adventures with her family and friends across the world. Her patients trust her in their recovery and speak very highly of her communication skills and therapeutic abilities.

Sharon Browning
Sharon knew as early as the fourth grade that she wanted to work in healthcare—and today, as a Registered Massage Therapist, she’s proud to support her clients on their healing journey.
A graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Durham College (Class of 2022), Sharon brings a unique and well-rounded background to her practice, including experience in theatre production, retail, and medical administration. Cheyenne Burnham
Cheyenne been a Fascial Stretch Therapist since 2013, helping clients improve their movement, reduce pain, and reach their performance goals. She began her career as a Personal Trainer, but quickly recognized that her clients needed more than just strength and conditioning—they needed help with mobility, recovery, and long-term joint health. This realization led her to Arizona, where she trained directly with Chris and Ann Fredrick, the creators of the renowned “Stretch to Win” system.
Since then, Cheyenne has continually expanded her knowledge with a wide range of courses in health, fitness, and mobility. She combines these methods to create customized, effective treatment plans for each client, whether they’re elite athletes or everyday individuals seeking to move pain-free.
Cheyenne has worked with high-performing athletes in sports such as baseball, track and field, hockey, football, soccer, golf, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. Her passion, however, lies just as much in helping the average person feel and function at their best. She strongly believes in educating her clients and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and mobility journey.

Ana Candia
Dr. Ana’s passion for nature and the connection between mind and body inspired her journey into naturopathic medicine. She completed an Honours degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph, followed by studies in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education in 2010, before completing her training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Ruta is a Registered Physiotherapist. Starting with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a well-renowned university in Gujarat, India, in 2018, she furthered her education by earning a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion (FIT) from Durham College in 2022.

Euni earned her Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of the Philippines. She started her practice in an outpatient clinic specializing in musculoskeletal cases and also worked as a Telerehabilitation Head conducting virtual physiotherapy sessions.

Julie Kobrynovich
Julie is the proud owner of Fundamentals Physiotherapy, a multidisciplinary clinic she founded in 2019 with a vision to provide exceptional care while fostering meaningful relationships with patients. What sets Julie apart is her unique perspective as both a practitioner and a patient. Her personal rehabilitation journey has included recovering from a fractured tibia, a rotator cuff tear, SI joint instability, and pelvic health challenges. Pierre Langlois
Pierre graduated from Sutherland-Chan of Massage Therapy in 2017. In addition to his RMT designation, he brings a combined 20 years of experience working both as an energy worker and aromatherapist.
Having worked on various presentations and conditions, Pierre is a versatile therapist. During a treatment he may incorporate a combination of any of the following tools and techniques: Swedish Massage, Myofascial techniques, Cupping, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Joint Mobilization, Trigger point therapy and Dynamic Release.

Driven by her commitment to helping others recover and thrive, Olivia is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree with plans to complete a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. Jynn Yenn (Cheryl) Low
Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University (2021) and a Master of Physical Therapy from Queen’s University (2023). With experience as a student strength and conditioning trainer and student field therapist for McMaster’s Soccer and Field Hockey teams, she developed a strong interest in working with athletes. Cheryl also has a special passion for paediatric physiotherapy (ages 0-18), where she finds it uniquely rewarding to positively impact a child’s development and quality of life from an early age.
She enjoys making therapy both effective and enjoyable through creative, individualized approaches. Cheryl’s treatment approaches are active and holistic, combining techniques like exercise prescription, education, manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, functional strengthening, taping, and cupping to help patients achieve long-term recovery.

Kyla is a registered physiotherapist, bringing a strong academic and personal background to her practice. With over 11 years of experience, Sorubini has worked in a variety of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation settings, treating clients across all age groups.
